Location : 17950 Dix Toledo Rd, Brownstown, MI

Compensation : $16 / hour + $2 shift premium after 5pm

Schedule : Mon-Fri; 5am to completion

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), youll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipmentkeeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether youre pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center :

Product Handling : Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery

Inbound Processing : Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

Loading & Unloading : Stack, wrap, and load / unload trucks safely and efficiently

Equipment Operation : Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)

Inventory Accuracy : Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step

Team Collaboration : Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success

Clean & Safe Workplace : Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols

Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?

Are you 18 years of age or older?

Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?

Are you comfortable working on your feet all daystanding, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?

Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?

Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?

Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?

Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?

Do you have forklift operator experience? (Preferred, but not required)
