Join our Digital Advertising Team as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, where you will serve our client’s digital marketing needs by creating strategic digital ad campaigns, contributing to team growth, solving complex marketing problems, and ensuring optimal ad performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the development and optimization of both digital marketing and SEO strategies on behalf of clients in the multifamily industry.
• Build and launch digital ad campaigns across major platforms, including Google, Meta, and Bing.
• Perform essential account maintenance tasks such as organizing ad assets, completing internal reviews, conducting audits, updating ads to conform with strategy, and optimizing campaigns for better performance.
• Collaborate effectively within the Digital Advertising Team and with other departments to ensure a high-quality advertising product and client experience.
• Create, update, and manage Google Business Profiles for client properties.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and help onboard or support newer team members.
