About the Role

A respected insurance brokerage in Central New Jersey is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines leader to oversee its high-performing team. This strategic role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and delivering outstanding client service across a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Reporting directly to the COO , the Department Manager will drive efficiency, mentor staff, and align departmental goals with company growth initiatives. Hybrid schedule available after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and service professionals
• Oversee performance, training, and departmental operations
• Ensure service, sales, and retention goals are met
• Strengthen client and carrier relationships through strategic support
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvement and business growth
