This is a permanent position

Seeking a board certified / board eligible emergency medicine (EM) physician with an interest in a an assistant medical director role

197 beds, with 28 ED beds and a 6 room fast-track

Work alongside an exceptional leader and mentor to assist your career growth

We have an excellent relationship with ED nursing staff and administration

Enhanced sign-on bonus with full-time commitment

36,000 annual ED volume

44 hours of EM physician coverage with ability to work blocked shifts

12 hours of EM advanced practice clinician coverage per day

EMR : Cerner

ABEM / AOBEM board certified / board eligible

Board eligible must be within 5 years of completing residency; you must have the ability to obtain prior to start date New York license, CSR, ACLS-AHA, PALS- AHA

High acuity patients

Designated stroke center

Excellent specialty backup 24 / 7

State-of-the-art equipment fully integrated with diagnostic imaging and the laboratory to expedite patient care typically within 30 minutes

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated salary range of $230 / hour to $245 / hour with the opportunity to earn incentives.
