Start your path to a WG NSTAR career today! Shift : Monday - Friday Pay rate : $30 - $35 / hr., DOE Location : Bloomington, MN The principal duties and responsibilities will be : Semiconductor Equipment experience is required.

Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and related principles and tools. Required to troubleshoot and repair issues on LAM systems.

Ability to work well with other team members, Production, and Process Engineering to improve and stabilize new and existing platforms, line response, quality, yield, tool reliability, productivity, cycle time, and cost reduction.

Demonstrated teamwork and strong partnership within Equipment Maintenance Team with superb x-functional teamwork. Inclined to both mentor new Technicians and openly learn from experienced colleagues.

Values other points of view (including Management, Operations, Engineering, Factory Business Control, Fab IT Systems and Clean Room Facilities teams).

Strong ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others to deliver quality repairs on a daily basis. Requirements : 2+ years of semiconductor related experience Maintenance Technician skills with solid experiences in resolving tool related challenges.

Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and related principles and tools, with electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Physical Effort / Activities : May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, ability to bend, twist, push / pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
