THE ROLE :

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day management of the Community Supports Division's sales territories, ensuring the achievement of measurable sales goals.

You'll be instrumental in evaluating program effectiveness, devising strategic business plans, and fostering a positive organizational culture to drive revenue, profitability, and growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

Sales Strategy : Execute comprehensive sales plans to exceed regional targets

Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and guide a high-performing sales team for maximum impact

Territory Management : Allocate resources strategically, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for optimal market coverage

Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

Market Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities

Sales Forecasting : Manage accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with performance goals

Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze sales team performance, implement action plans as needed

Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to drive projects that enhance divisional functions

Reporting : Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitors

Compliance : Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements

In this position, 80% of your time will be conducted in the field and 20% will be remote.

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $117,000 to $148,000 annually. In addition, there is a targeted annual bonus and annual commission, and an annual car stipend of $15,600 (to be paid out bi-weekly).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :

  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of successful team management experience
  • Preferred background in healthcare industry sales or selling to hospitals
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Proven track record in networking, relationship building, and business development
  • Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable to changing needs; familiar with CRM usage and accurate daily tracking / recording of sales activity
  • Must have an acceptable driving record in alignment with our Transportation Policy & Guidelines and an active driver’s license, where employee resides
  • Upon hire, must provide proof of active car insurance and sign Transportation Acknowledgement, attesting vehicle insurance requirements are met
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a qualifying exemption
