This BCBA position is for all areas in Maryland. It is remote depending on the case. Hybrid all other cases.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide supervision and and mentoring for RBT's
- Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents / caretakers
- Oversee clinical policies and procedures
- Collect and analyze clinical data and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements :
- BCBA certification is required
- LBA in Maryland is required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in quality assurance and supervision
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay : $80 - $90 per hour
Location : Hybrid in all areas of Maryland including Laurel, Silver Spring, Glen Burnie, and more.
