In Office- Part time Hours M,W, & F 8a-4p or 9a-5p. Full time hours Monday Friday 8a-4p or 9a-5p

Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer service inquiries
- Responds to customer service inquiries from Websites / Social Media Accounts
- Assists with wholesale application process and order entering
- Records and updates customer service inquiries in CSM software
- Able to respond to questions and inquiries on ecommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay and Walmart.com
- Adheres to FDA / NSF cGMP SOP’s when applicable
- Assists the maintenance FDA Filings and cGMP Documentation
- Assists with inventory system processes and accounting system. Includes : Ensuring customer and product data accuracy, assisting with procurement and sales order entry
- Utilizes internal eCommerce eControl processes to maintain brand health and pricing
- Assist with processing of retail orders via electronic data interchange software. Includes : Functional Acknowledgments, Advanced Shipping Notices, Order Importing / Exporting, Data Accuracy
- Works with internal and external partners on large company projects and initiatives
- Handles replenishment of facility supplies
- Able to assist with HR responsibilities which include updates to employee handbook, maintaining employee portal
- Drug test and Background Required
