Key Responsibilities
Process payroll transactions for over 300 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and maintain payroll records
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy in employee data and assist with audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
5+ years of payroll accounting experience
Experience processing payroll for 300+ employees in a multi-state environment
Knowledge of federal and local employment withholding tax regulations
Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems required
