Patient encounters average 15-20 patients per day.Openings : .80 FTE - 1.0 FTE (Full Time)As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

Meet threshold criteria / qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required.
