Director of Strategy, Planning, and Operations

The Role

A member of the FCFE leadership and is a strategic role that partners closely with FCFE leaders on executive management communications, leadership routines, planning processes, business reviews / QBRs, budget, and the multiyear planning process.

This role also has operational responsibilities on SOWs, Procurement, Business Continuity, Dynamic Working, FREC initiatives, and all-hands meetings.

At times, this role may function as an accelerator of work or as an extender of the leadership team. Further, this role manages a team of Senior Assistants to Management.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Candidates should have outstanding collaboration skills and abilities to partner and effectively influence across a variety of team members.

Proven analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management and problem-solving capabilities are required.

The successful candidate will also need to be skilled in synthesizing complex ideas into easy-to-understand executive presentation materials - including creation and / or delivery of executive-level presentations to senior management.

Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous environment with the flexibility to adjust in response to the shifting priorities of the team.

The candidate needs to be comfortable taking direction from multiple leaders, open to constructive feedback, working independently, and at times with ambiguity.

10 u002B years of experience preferred in strategy, planning, business operations, and project / program management.

Fidelity's working model
