Are you ready to take the reins of IT operations for our client, a rapidly growing cruelty-free skincare brand? As IT Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping their technology landscape, driving key projects, and managing vendor relationships.
This position offers exciting future opportunities to build and lead an IT team as the company continues to grow.
Location : Los Angeles, CA. Hybrid working 2-3 days onsite per week.
Compensation : This job expects to pay about $150,000 base annually plus benefits.
What You Will Do :
- Serve as the primary contact for IT vendors, including helpdesk support and troubleshooting.
- Administer company-wide applications like Slack, Zoom, SAP Business One, and others.
- Lead IT projects from planning to completion, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and onboard new IT service providers.
- Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and repair of IT hardware (Apple and Dell devices).
- Collaborate with departments to align IT operations with business goals.
- Implement and manage security training and protocols, including phishing awareness.
What Gets You The Job :
- Associate or BA / BS degree in a related field is strongly preferredProven experience in hands on infrastructure and IT management roles
- Proven experience and success in managing vendor relationships
- Strong background in infrastructure and telecom
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with AI management is a plus.
