Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and energetic Insurance Office Greeter to be the first friendly face our clients see and hear. This is more than just a receptionist role its an opportunity to lead by example, inspire others, and grow your career in the insurance industry. If you have a passion for helping people, a desire to learn and develop, and the energy to create a welcoming atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Warmly greet all are customers and visitors as they enter the office, creating a positive and professional first impression.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Provide general information about our services and assist clients with basic inquiries.
  • Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive tone and encouraging teamwork within the office.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to learn about insurance products and office procedures.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Uphold company values by delivering excellent customer service with enthusiasm and integrity.
  • Qualifications :

  • Highly motivated and self-driven with a strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
  • Passionate about helping people and making a meaningful impact in their lives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
