Manager's in Training (MIT's) are highly motivated leaders who will set, achieve, and exceed goals. You will thrive in an exciting, team-driven environment and have a desire to build a career in the skin care and beauty industry.
We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic leaders who will :
- Accurately represent our Palm Beach Tan brand
- Develop and extensively train and coach your sales team
- Provide Palm Beach Tan clients with unparalleled customer service while cultivating long-term relationships with your customers
MIT's will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our Leadership Team
Responsibilities will include :
- Managing day-to-day salon operations including labor control, hiring staff, team development, and customer retention
- Meeting team and individual sales quotas which are measured daily / weekly / monthly
- Consulting customers in a professional and upbeat manner
- Proactively build loyal and long-term relationships with customers
- Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
- Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening / closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
- Creating and contributing to a positive, team-centric work environment for employees and co-workers
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of face-to-face sales experience
- Reliable transportation with flexible availability, including nights & weekends
- Friendly, competitive drive to meet goals given
- Polished, professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7 hours per day
