About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Director of Controls to lead and enhance their global financial controls function. This strategic leadership role will oversee a team of six professionals across international locations, ensuring robust compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a global team of six control professionals.
- Design, implement, and monitor internal control frameworks across business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in control processes and systems.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on risk and control matters.
- Oversee SOX compliance and internal audit coordination.
