What You’ll be doing :

  • Preparing construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files.
  • Creating mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions.
  • Post-processing field data collected via the total station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems.
  • Drafting aerial surveys from our UAV (Drone)
  • Solve problems using exciting new technology.

Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of office surveying experience
  • B.S in a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of AutoCAD Bluebeam, Pix4d and Leica-based scanning software
  • Experience with survey equipment, such as GPS, Robotic, and Total Station
  • Pursuing FAA Pilot License
  • LSIT Preferred
