Lead Test Engineer (Salary range : $120,000 to $157,000)

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers.
Design, analyze, and test advanced sensor systems.
Develop and optimize test processes for new and existing products.
Create comprehensive documentation for hardware designs.
Implement automation techniques for test stations.
Establish and document test engineering processes.
Ensure the accuracy and precision of test equipment measurements.
Support testing requirements for both high-volume, low-complexity and low-volume, high-complexity production lines of electronic products.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
8-12+ years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in LabVIEW and TestStand.
Experience with database and SQL.
Must be a . citizen.
