We are currently seeking a Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Nurse Practitioner to be responsible for performing initial and follow up medication management assessments to clients who suffer from Psychiatric and / or Addictive symptoms.
The Nurse Practitioner shall recommend when appropriate to clients through Tele Services and / or through direct face-to-face contact in an outpatient setting.
They should be comfortable with the patient population, function independently with minimal supervision by the Psychiatric and Buprenorphine waivered Physician.
Education and Experience Required : The selected candidate must have a Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification. Clinical experience with psychiatric and substance use populations are required.
