About this role

As the Senior Product Manager of the SuperApp Acquisition team, you will lead a cross-functional Mission Aligned Team (MAT) to drive subscription acquisition for Super+ Memberships.

You will do this by driving various metrics (efficient CACs, trial to full membership conversion, initial activation, and understanding retention trade-offs) of acquired membership users, reimagining our customers’ onboarding acquisition funnels to best suit the channels we serve, and creating new products for our Super+ membership program.

channel fit, develop and direct the product roadmap, develop go-to-market plans and execute with your MAT. This is a high visibility, high priority role, with close collaborations cross-functionally with all of our product verticals at Super, including various General Managers, C suite executives, Group product managers and the functional working teams.

The successful candidate has strong analytical skills, is strategic and has excellent communication and collaboration know-how.

The candidate should also have a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive subscription landscape in North America.
