Provide "World Class" Automotive Parts & Service to our Guests on a daily basis
They are responsible for ensuring our Guest's vehicles are kept in excellent running condition and maintained with the highest quality in parts & service.
Responsibilities : * Providing an exceptional Customer Service experience, ensuring complete satisfaction with our Guests experience with the entire Parts & Service Teams support.
Qualifications : * Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Service Advisor.
- Organized to handle a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain a high CSI score
