Through inbound calls, you will be responsible for building relationships, solving issues, and responding to customer inquiries related to the many solutions offered by the company.

Knowledge and Experience :
3+ years of successful customer service experience.
Experience in any service-related industry is a bonus, but not required.
Care about customers! Has the ability to engage with customers, build rapport, share, and inform.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), launching applications and navigating multiple systems preferred, experience with Salesforce a plus.
Strong learning agility; flexible and adaptable to learning new things and then apply that learning to perform successfully in the role in a fast paced, metric driven environment.
Availability to work any shift within the Monday through Friday operating hours of 8 : 00 a.m. 6 : 00 p.m.

At Sharps Compliance, we pay competitive salaries beginning at $17.50 - $18.50 depending on experience and with consideration of a salary increase six-months after your initial start date.
