Arvada Dental Center & Implants in Arvada, CO, is looking for a friendly and bilingual full-time Surgical Expanded Duty Dental Assistant - EDDA to join our dentistry practice.

YOUR DAY

As a full- or part-time Surgical Expanded Duty Dental Assistant - EDDA, you'll start your day by ensuring our surgical and general dentistry inventory is well-stocked and organized.

You'll welcome patients with a warm smile, making them feel comfortable as you assist in various procedures, including implant and cosmetic surgeries.

Your day will involve taking x-rays and CBCT 3D images, keeping accurate patient records, and ensuring our clinical area is spotless and sterile.

You'll lead and coach our assistant team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. Your fluency in Spanish will help you connect with our diverse patients.

And, of course, you'll be ready to respond quickly and confidently in any emergency situation.

YOUR HOURS

As a full- or part-time Surgical Expanded Duty Dental Assistant - EDDA, you'll work Monday to Friday, sometime between 8 AM to 5 PM .

The role requires a commitment of 3 to 4 days per week, depending on the needs of our patients and practice.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A SURGICAL EXPANDED DUTY DENTAL ASSISTANT - EDDA

• EDDA certification
• Valid driver's license
• 3+ years of general dental assisting experience
• 2+ years of experience in oral surgery, periodontal, or surgical assisting
• High proficiency with CEREC, 3D printers, CBCT, Itero Scanning, and ICam
• Strong experience in dental implant or surgery inventory management and placing orders
• Proven skills in EDDA / assistant management, scheduling, and coaching
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively and maintain sterile environments
• Spanish fluency

Dental Assistant (RDA) and x-ray certification are a plus!
