Position Overview : The Commercial Roofing Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing commercial roofing sales and business development opportunities for re-roofing projects in Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville.
The position requires a comprehensive understanding of roofing products and services, as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Identify and analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions through reroofing and other services
- Negotiate sales and pricing agreements with customers
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase customer awareness of products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales and business development
- Expertise in roofing products and services
- Proven track record of successful sales and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
