Scrummaster is responsible for facilitating and guiding thescrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework whichincludes organizing and leading Scrum ceremonies removingimpediments promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Scrumprinciples and values.
The scrum master is a crucial member of theAgile development team responsible for implementing and maintainingthe Scrum framework.
Their primary role is to facilitate the Scrumprocess remove obstacles and ensure that the team follows the Agileprinciples and practices.
They work closely with the productmanagement and development team to plan and execute sprints dailystandups sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
Scrum masterroles and responsibilitiesinclude :
creating and maintaining projecttimelines
identifying and managing risksand monitoring progress against projectgoals.

Facilitate and coordinate AgileScrum processes within the company.
