A recognized media company in New York City is currently seeking a new Marketing Transformation - Project Manager to join their growing team.
In this role, the Marketing Transformation - Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, including marketing strategy, marketing operations, marketing analytics, brand & creative, and performance marketing, to align project goals and timelines as they help lead the migration from legacy platform to Salesforce.
Responsibilities :
The Marketing Transformation - Project Manager will be responsible for :
- Tracking program deliverables
- Coordinating amongst multiple workstreams cross functionally
- Threading through all of the workstreams
- Identifying, documenting project risks. Assisting in risk mitigation
- Documenting & communicating project status and updates to stakeholders
- Documenting & following-up on action items & key take-aways from executive meetings
- Driving continuous improvement in project management processes
- Handling challenging personalities and conflicting priorities with professionalism and tact
- Working in an agile environment, ensuring projects are delivered iteratively and collaboratively
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of project management and / or program management experience
- Experience in creating project plans and driving them
- Experience in manage program artifacts such as risk tracker, Action item tracker, deliverables tracker etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential in navigating complex challenges, handle multiple stakeholders, and manage expectations effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Desired Skills :
- Experience with Salesforce and a deep understanding of marketing processes are desirable but not necessary.
