Job Description :

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive our brand forward.

You will be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and promote engaging content.
• Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including presentations, flyers, signage and other industry-specific advertising
• Lead liaise between local agents and The Agency Creative / corporate on marketing needs and processes
• Provide marketing tools training and onboarding for all new hires (staff and agents)
• Provide regular and ongoing training & promotion of our marketing tools and resources to our brokers.
• Manage and optimize our social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Assist in organizing and promoting company events, both internal and external.
• Create systems to track and monitor projects that allow for us to scale our growth and efficiencies.
• Deploy The Agency marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, ect)

Who You Are :

• Passionate about marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
• Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills. Knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline
• Proficient in various marketing tools such as Canva and email marketing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Someone who possesses a strong work ethic and looks for opportunities to take initiative.

Pay : $63,000.00 - $65,500.00 per year
