Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
Recruiting and Retention : Support the recruitment, hiring, supervision, and counseling of office staff and caregivers.
Assist in conducting annual performance evaluations and develop programs that support retention and development of our team of caregivers.
Client Intakes and Conversions : Handle the majority of prospect calls and client conversions.
Conduct client intakes, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and addressing any questions or concerns.
Scheduling : Oversee scheduling to meet client care needs.
Ensure schedules are efficiently managed and adjusted as necessary.
Client Care Plans / Case Management : Develop and maintain client care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of clients.
Monitor and assess the delivery of care to the client population using tools such as satisfaction surveys and visits where applicable.
Compliance : Ensure regulatory compliance, including licensure, certification, accreditation, and adherence to Federal, State, and local laws.
Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees, clients, and clients’ families.
Business Development : Identify opportunities for business development through community outreach, partnerships, and marketing to referral sources.
Develop relationships with vendors and the business community.
Financial Oversight : Assist in managing billing, payroll, expenditures and the annual budget.
Ensure the performance of the business through effective financial management that optimizes revenue and controls costs.
Communication : Maintain timely and effective communication with staff, clients, and their families.
Respond to on-call evening and weekend demands as directed.

To Be Considered :
- A four-year degree in Business Administration preferred, or a two-year degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Five years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility, preferably in private duty home care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) applications, scheduling systems, and other industry-related software.
- Excellent conceptual thinking skills with the capacity to analyze complex issues that are sensitive in nature.
- Effective conflict resolution and solution implementation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to maintain a sense of humor in all situations.
- The ability to plan, organize, prioritize, delegate, and accurately complete work activities within deadlines while managing interruptions.
- The ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction and / or supervision.
- A strong commitment to client service excellence.
