Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager -Experienced in developing and growing a new market and managing a sales team is a must!

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Leverage existing customer relationships to drive sales and business growth.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites, including SMEs, within the territory.
  • Work independently and often remotely, managing your schedule and tasks effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize commission opportunities.

Skills Required :

  • Plumbing, Septic or building materials required
  • Sales expertise
  • Establishing new market or territory
  • Industry experience

Ideal Candidate :

  • Proven sales background with specific experience in plumbing, septic or building materials REQUIRED
  • Strong network and customer base in the industry preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage significant travel requirements.
  • Track record of leading successful sales team
