We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM developer with deep application expertise (including Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, and Advanced Scheduling) and knowledge of the Boomi integration layer (CRT functional builds). This position will play a key technical developer role in optimizing and maintaining our UKG Pro WFM application to support evolving business needs, ensuring timely resolution of issues, continuous improvement of system performance, and alignment with best practices.

Hours : 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday from 8 : 30-5 : 00 PM

Location : Primarily remote - candidate must be local for onsite travel as needed to our various Massachusetts locations including Lowell General Hospital, Melrose Wakefield Hospital, Tufts Medical Center, and our Burlington Corporate Headquarters.

Job Profile Summary

This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of information technology (IT) solutions in order to meet the organization's needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure and the management of the IT infrastructure. In addition, this role focuses on performing the following Client Applications Support duties : Designs, develops, implements, and updates internal IT applications in accordance with specifications and business needs., designs, codes, tests, and debugs computer programs, and prepares systems documentation and training. A professional individual contributor role that may direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs. The majority of time is spent overseeing the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education. A specialist level role that is a recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Typically manages large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager, coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals, resolving difficult and often complex problems.

Job Overview

This position supports the design, build, testing, implementation, education, and daily maintenance / use of client applications as well as, other third-party vendor solutions that are more complex, more technical, and / or more critical to Tufts Medicine operations. This position requires regular engagement with teams, departments, and key stakeholders to gain context and an understanding of pertinent business processes and workflows. Serving in a lead capacity, possesses strong organization and project management skills, the ability to influence the performance of a collective team of resources that may not report directly to them, prioritize and delegate tasks, and facilitate initiatives from inception through completion by established deliverable dates.

Job Description

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Appropriate certifications or obtain certifications within a reasonable timeline.
• Six (6) years of healthcare business analyst / IT experience.
