We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Run and grow our Facebook and Instagram accounts (create fresh branding, consistent content, and community engagement)
- Run Marriage Essentials Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
- Develop and implement weekly content strategies (aligned with brand goals and campaigns)
- Repurpose long-form content (podcast episodes, newsletters, workshops) into short-form posts, reels, and stories
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and shares to build trust and connection
Marketing & Content Creation
Create graphics, videos, and workbooks that reflect brand voice and qualityEdit and schedule the Marriage Essentials Podcast episodes for releaseAssist with social media ad campaigns (Facebook / Instagram Ads) and track ROIBrainstorm, design, and manage merchandise / apparel projects (initially for Solace brand awareness)Support funnel-building and revenue-driving campaigns (course launches, coaching offers, events)Requirements
Proven social media management and content creation experience (portfolio required)Strong copywriting, branding, and storytelling skillsProficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteFamiliarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager (or willing to learn quickly)Knowledge of digital marketing funnels and e-commerce is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to self-manage projects
