This 18-bed unit operates within a trauma III hospital setting, ensuring patients receive optimal medical attention and support. Key Features Specialization : Dedicated to caring for critically ill patients, utilizing advanced medical technology and treatment protocols. Open Communication : Promotes an environment where open communication channels facilitate sharing of critical information, ideas, and feedback. Team Collaboration : Emphasizes teamwork among multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, to deliver coordinated care. Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and possess an associate or bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing.
