Title : Physical Therapist, Lewiston - 72 Strawberry Ave
What You’ll Do :
Provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Services may include screening, evaluation, direct service, consultation and / or instruction.
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team as a component of the comprehensive delivery of services to individuals, families, and significant others in the community.
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and revise a plan of care that incorporates goals consistent with the client’s age, condition, and needs.
- Implement client care plan activities based on treatment goals towards independent living for the client / family.
What You’ll Bring :
- Bachelor's, Master's and / or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current PT license in the State of Maine.
- Current CPR card required.
- 1-year Physical Therapy experience preferred, but not required.
