General Manager

Ivar's, the premier seafood restaurant company in the Pacific Northwest, is currently interviewing for a full-time General Manager at our quick-service location at Bothell-Everett Highway in Bothell (in the Safeway shopping center).

The salary for this position will be between $, and $, per year and will include bonus potential based on the restaurant's performance.

Our General Manager responsibilities include :

• Running the restaurant
• Hiring, training, and developing other managers and employees
• Maintaining Ivar's company standards for service, product quality, and cleanliness
• Ensuring unit profitability

Candidates must have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience (quick-service experience preferred), an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and open availability.
