Our client, a leading coffee company, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join their team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting both new and existing accounts to develop, grow and maintain sales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales and customer service experience, and be highly organized in following up to meet established deadlines and / or complete assignments / tasks which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Vernon, CA

Pay Range : $20-$23 / hr.

What's the Job?

Develop and maintain current business relationships through exceptional customer service, adhering to Gaviña standards and continue building and protecting our brands and company character.

Function as a liaison between customers, Sales Reps, and our Internal Teams to help coordinate product orders, deliveries, samples, reports, and other materials.

Create and manage Cases and Tasks in Salesforce.

Engage customers and analyze their account and needs to recommend / upsell products and services.

Complete a daily call list; average of eighty calls a day, plus "call backs."

Process daily orders while working with an open phone line, entering orders from both our Courtesy Call and Incoming calls as well as email, fax, and / or verbal product orders.

Document / Submit Account Changes- Communicate with all appropriate teams to ensure completion / implementation of requested changes.

Understand and stay current on our products and pricing structures.

Prepare the showroom for various events and sales demos as needed.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and marketing materials.

Complete End of Day "Self-Audits" : Review orders and confirm status, ship dates, shipping address, etc. with special attention to both data entry accuracy and customer purchase history.

Cover Reception desk as needed for absences and breaks.

What's Needed?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear and professional phone and email etiquette.

English / Spanish Bilingual preferred.

Strong sales and customer service experience.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn latest programs.

Active listening skills : empathetic toward others, cheerful outlook, enthusiastic.

Ability to analyze customer issues and needs to respond efficiently and in a timely manner.

High School Diploma required.

Strong Sales and Customer Service or call center experience.

Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, CRM, or similar software a plus.

Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.

Vision : ability to clearly see and read forms, emails, documents, instructions, and other visual forms of communication required to effectively perform duties.

Speaking : ability to verbally communicate information and ideas clearly that others will understand.

Hearing : ability to hear and understand verbal information and speech.
