Job Description

• Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management;
• managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues;
• training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;

achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service.

• Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services;
• driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers;

performing managerial duties.

Skills / Qualifications

Required

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma / GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Preferred

• Management experience
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made / accepted

Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with New York local city or state law.

Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.

The base salary generally ranges between $77,740.00 - $103,754.81 / Year and is eligible for a target bonus of (X% of base salary or $X).

The bonus earned is based on the performance of the location and individual. The range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
