Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.
Soliant Education is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to become part of our educational community in Winston-Salem, NC.
The SLP will play a crucial role in collaborating with students, families, and staff to address and support the communication needs of our students.
The ideal candidate will provide thorough speech and language services, evaluations, and interventions to promote both academic and social success.
The caseload will primarily consist of PreK-5th grade students.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Perform assessments to identify communication disorders and create personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver direct therapy services to PreK-5th grade students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Track student progress and modify intervention strategies as necessary.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to obtain ASHA certification.
- Active North Carolina State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- School experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
