Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Racine, WI is seeking four dedicated Speech Language Pathologists to support elementary and middle school students. This contract position spans the next school year with flexible scheduling options to accommodate professionals at different stages of their careers.

This opportunity is ideal for newly graduated clinicians pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as well as experienced SLPs. Candidates will work either part-time (three days per week) or full-time, with full-time positions offering a 37.5-hour workweek. The primary focus will be delivering speech and language services to elementary students, with potential involvement at the middle school level.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy tailored to students specific needs, including collaboration with educators and families
  • Participate in student progress monitoring and documentation
  • Utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools; training available for those without prior experience
  • Maintain compliance with state and district regulations for school-based services

Desired qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Interest or experience in pediatric speech-language pathology
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply, especially for CFY positions
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred but not required
