job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThe Director of Rehabilitation oversees the daily operations of the various therapy departments, including, but not limited to, Respiratory, Cardiopulmonary, Speech, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical practice, ensuring that all treatments are evidence-based and effective. Contribute to the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization or facility Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctorate-Level program in Occupational Therapy Registered in Kansas as an Occupational Therapist or the eligibility to obtain upon employment 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital setting required Previous experience in a director role is preferred BLS Certification Immerse yourself in the ample outdoor recreational opportunities within their 16 public parks, a golf course, fishing, or a fun family day at the McPherson Water Park Refreshing quality of life with a cost of living lower than the national average, a low crime rate, and large city amenities less than an hour away Explore independent restaurants, shops, and local stores right in town!

Pay : $90,000-125,000 / yr DOE
