About the Role

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure will lead our IT department, overseeing the infrastructure of technical operations, managing a team of IT professionals, & setting strategic direction for our organizations technology needs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background while being able to manage, mentor & motivate people.

What you will accomplish :

  • Deploy & maintain IT policies & systems to support business strategies.
  • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
  • Administer & manage IAM / PAM via IDP, SSO, Zero Trust
  • Cloud & on-prem infrastructure technology management
  • Google Workspace & Azure Cloud configuration & identity management
  • Control budget & report on expenditure.
  • Assist in building relationships with vendors & creating cost-efficient contracts.
  • End User computing management, & patching knowledge
  • Manage Networking technology such as Cisco Meraki, & advanced firewall protocol & connection management (VPN, SDWAN, , VLAN, Rate management)
  • Experience with the follow Operating systems, Windows, MAC, Linux
  • Monitor performance of tech systems to determine cost & productivity levels, & to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
  • Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, & processes.
  • Produces & maintains network architecture documentation.
  • Maintain & monitor day-to-day operations of network equipment & troubleshoot when needed.
  • Mentor & manage a team of IT professionals, offering guidance & training as needed.
  • Evaluates, acquires, implements & maintains computer & communications hardware & software that supports the needs of the company.
  • Work closely with the Cybersecurity team to deliver Enterprise level secure infrastructure, & software.
  • Lead IT projects, including the design & deployment of new IT systems & services.
  • Collaboration with global teams to keep the processes & policies consistent across the organization.
  • Purchase efficient & cost-effective office communications & connectivity technology.
  • Inspect the use of technological equipment & software to ensure functionality & efficiency.

This should describe you :

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in analysis, implementation, & evaluation of IT systems & their specifications.
  • Network & Systems administration skills, including databases, web applications, datacenter operations & business applications.
  • Experience with multi-location business enterprise & technical centralization
  • Experience in controlling information technology budgets.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent organizational & leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size & industry, & are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of & our equity program.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $150,800-$180,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidates location, skill level & experience.
