- 在商业领域内 建立高级管理经理人员的个人网络 并代表本组织参加商业活动 获得市场信息 宣传组织 并提高其声誉
- 领导跨职能的内部团队 例如技术 商业和法律 以配置复杂定制化的 或定做的产品和服务解决方案以及相关的合同条款 以满足客户在国家 / 关键运营部门层面的中长期需求 与客户和组织内部协商一致 以确保客户的要求在可接受的盈利和现金流水平上得到满足 或审查并批准团队成员提出的与标准条款有差异的复杂销售建议方案 并酌情将问题传递到高级管理层
- 制定内部营销计划 并与其他部门合作 改善大型组织中的内部关系 并建立良好的外部客户关系
- 监管责任范围内客户关系管理系统的实施和维护 发现并沟通系统改进的机会 从而加强客户关系管理
需求
- 大学 / 研究生 硕士学位
- 丰富的工作经验并能完全胜任自己专业领域的工作
- 具有规划和管理资源的经验 能够按照更资深经理人的要求完成预定的目标
- 在计划 组织 排序 监控行为活动以有效地满足企业目标方面是公认的学科专家和组织权威
- 在制定合适的计划或采取必要的行动方面代表组织权威
- 作为组织内该方面的权威 用清晰有效的语言表达能力 传递思想 请求行动 制定计划与政策
- 在开发 监控 阐明和理解政策与流程 并确保其符合组织的战略和目标方面是公认的学科专家和组织权威
- 运用全面的知识和技能 独立地理解商业环境和商业目标 据此提出解决方案 并且在此基础上可以对他人在商业敏锐度方面进行指导和培训
- 全面地运用其知识和技能 独立地审查并创建相关的 清晰的 有效的报告 并且在此基础上可以对他人在这方面进行指导和培训
