Qualifications of the Corporate Director of HR / Payroll :
- Must have experience overseeing HR & Payroll for multiple skilled nursing facilities
- Must have union experience
- Must have extensive experience in Human Resources / Payroll
- Must be willing to travel
- Proficient knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
