AP Coordinator

Our client located in Franklin, TN is seeking an AP Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the healthcare industry!

The AP Coordinator is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days wfh / 2 days in-office (Wed / Thurs.)

Responsibilities :

• Review and Assign invoices to approvers in Concur following correct company workflows
• Able to process up to 1500 invoices per week
• Manually enter time sensitive invoices to Great Plains
• Create new vendor in Great Plains and SOP Concur
• Prepare and print check batches on a weekly basis
• 1099 Processing at year end
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
• Full Cycle invoice processing in Concur (Concur a must have)

Qualifications :

• Multi entity / multi location experience a must, preferably with a healthcare company
• Concur is ideal; would like someone who has worked on the invoicing side of Concur and not just the expense side if possible
• Great attention to detail and comfortable with very high-volume processing
• Deadline driven and able to multitask
• Learns new tasks and programs quickly
• High School Diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a shared service, multi-entity environment
• Prior experience using SAP Concur and / or Great Plains accounting software preferred
• Must have working knowledge of HEALTHCARE regulatory and compliance policies
