We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our fast-growing company. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers, closing marketing generated leads, building strong relationships, managing your accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and close marketing generated leads
  • Prospect and identify additional potential clients and leads
  • Utilize sales and technology platforms to magnify sales efforts
  • Communicate with prospects and customers remotely with email, phone, and video conference
  • Build and maintain accounts with strong customer relationships
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals
  • Stay updated with industry trends, customers’ industries and market developments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale follow-up and support
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Maintain and regularly update customer records in designated system(s)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales or a related role (two to three years or more preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills especially with phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to systems and situations seamlessly
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Adaptability and resilience in a target rich and newly developing sales environment
  • Proficiency in using a computer, sales technology and customer relationship management (CRM) software
