Responsibilities
- Qualify and close marketing generated leads
- Prospect and identify additional potential clients and leads
- Utilize sales and technology platforms to magnify sales efforts
- Communicate with prospects and customers remotely with email, phone, and video conference
- Build and maintain accounts with strong customer relationships
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals
- Stay updated with industry trends, customers’ industries and market developments
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale follow-up and support
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain and regularly update customer records in designated system(s)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or a related role (two to three years or more preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills especially with phone, email, and video conferencing
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to systems and situations seamlessly
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Adaptability and resilience in a target rich and newly developing sales environment
- Proficiency in using a computer, sales technology and customer relationship management (CRM) software
