Job Description :
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Provide expertise to senior client leadership on innovative project management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience within a financial service.
- Exposure to capital markets, treasury, financial, or accounting experience.
- Coordinate across Product, business, tech, and partner teams providing visibility into current and planned deliverables, risks, and financial health.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, own and limit initiative risk mitigation, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
- Perform assessments through fact-finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area
