What You’ll Do :
Develop creative concepts and strategies for projects
Manage the design team and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet those needs
Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
What You’ll Need :
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
3-5 years of experience as an Art Director, preferably at an agency
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
