Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team in Indiana. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Mentor and train junior HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs and service reports.
• Respond to emergency service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship program preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• EPA certification and other relevant HVAC certifications.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
