The Foundation for Cross-Connection Control and Hydraulic Research in the Viterbi School of Engineering is seeking a Field Evaluation Coordinator to join its research team.

Under the direction of the Project Administrator, this position will support the daily equipment and system needs.

The Field Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the field evaluation of backflow preventers as part of the USC Foundation's Approval Program for Backflow Preventers.

Responsibilities :

• Administration of field-testing assemblies at various locations, including supervision of students and other workers in the field.
• Scheduling field testing to meet the timeline requirements for the Approval Program.
• Coordinating with industry manufacturers to install field assemblies being evaluated.
• Liaising with property owners at field test sites.
• Assisting in teaching USC Foundation Training courses and proctoring exams in Los Angeles and out-of-town locations.

Additional Information :

This is an onsite position at USC's University Park Campus located in Los Angeles, California. This position is not eligible for remote work.

The hourly rate range for this position is $31.44 - $36.34. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as the scope of responsibilities, the candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, and external market considerations.
