We seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has a hunter’s mentality, a passion for professional development, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and the ability to forge strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with top leaders in the presales, sales, client success and sales enablement to help drive key skill enablement transformation.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the tech sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrate effective discovery skills to understand a client's business needs and objectives. Ability to align 2Win solutions based on findings of client’s key outcomes and impact areas.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our training solutions through proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Maintain CRM to provide activities, account status, sales progress, and forecasts.
Location / Hours :
- Hybrid / Greater Phoenix Area / Remote position.
- Candidate must have a dedicated private workspace with high-speed internet.
- Hours 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm in the Arizona time zone
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a relevant tech or training industry role.
- Proven track record of successful quota achievement over multiple years.
- Training industry selling experience preferred but not required.
- Sales enablement experience preferred but not required.
- Teamwork, Communication, and Collaboration.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Zoom, MS Office, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Experience in effective prospecting to both existing clients and new prospects to grow both existing customer business and net new logos.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- BA / BS degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
