Are you looking for a meaningful career in a local business that has national brand support people recognize and trust?

As an Insurance Business Development Representative, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by setting appointments with prospects and assisting the Licensed Sales Producers.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business opportunities to help grow a local Allstate agency
  • Set appointments with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Build relationships with potential customers to create sales opportunities
  • Support Licensed Sales Producers in converting leads into policyholders
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Disclosure : Each agency is different in how their staff, book of business, sales process, and compensation is structured. Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience. Actual benefits offered will vary per agency and may not include the benefits listed above.
