A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Scale in the USA (Remote).Key Responsibilities : Manage a large and global portfolio of customers, focusing on CRM workflow support, renewal risks, and revenue expansion opportunitiesImplement user engagement strategies at scale and drive adoption and engagement through data-driven approachesAct as the voice of the customer, identifying trends and providing feedback for improving customer serviceRequired Qualifications : Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in an enterprise SaaS settingTrack record of achieving commercial targets and goalsExperience managing high volumes of accounts at scale to drive adoption and renewalsProficient in organization, account prioritization, and time managementExcitement for contributing to scaling the customer success team in a startup environment
